Abstract

Un elemento de vertido (1) que se puede volver a cerrar con un miembro de base (2) y una tapa de cierre (3), que al mismo tiempo sirve como medio de apertura, en el que una pestaña rodea la superficie de apertura del elemento de vertido (1) está conectada de forma fija con un envase (P) de material compuesto con boca plana en la parte superior, y en el que la tapa de cierre (3) tiene unos pasadores (4) de soporte laterales que están soportados en unos rebajos (5) correspondientes del miembro de base (2), caracterizado porque los rebajos (5) están dispuestos en el miembro de base (2) en el lateral del envase, de forma que la tapa de cierre (3) pueda quedar sujeta dentro de los rebajos (5) para recibir los pasadores (4) de soporte provistos en el miembro de base (2) desde el lateral del envase y porque entre el miembro de base (2) y la tapa de cierre (3) está provista una conexión (7) de bloqueo positivo que será destruida tras la primera actuación de la tapa decierre (3).
