Abstract

Un dispositivo (1) de apertura que pueda ser nuevamente cerrado para envases destinados a productos alimenticios que puedan ser vertidos, que comprende un miembro (2) de tipo de bastidor que puede ser enterizo con un envase (50) que ha de ser abierto, una abertura (6) de vertido definida por dicho miembro de bastidor, una tapa (4) que puede ser nuevamente cerrada conectada de modo liberable a dicho miembro (2) de tipo de bastidor para obturar dicha abertura (6) de vertido y desmontable del mismo para permitir el acceso a dicha abertura de vertido, un miembro indicador (7) asociado con dicho miembro de tipo de bastidor y conectado de modo liberable a dicha tapa (4) que puede ser nuevamente cerrada por medios (12a-12f) de conexión fracturables para indicar una condición de cierre de dicho dispositivo (1) de apertura en una primera posición, caracterizado porque comprende medios (7b, 13, 15) de bloqueo de indicador interpuestos entre dicho miembro (2) de tipo de bastidor y dicho miembro indicador (7) para retener dicho miembro indicador en una segunda posición, que está espaciada de dicha primera posición, para indicar una condición abierta de dicha tapa (4) que puede ser nuevamente cerrada.
