Abstract

Máquina para reducir los neumáticos (7) usados a pequeños elementos, destinada a facilitar la manipulación, almacenamiento y tratamiento de neumáticos de camiones que comporta una prensa (1) equipada con un soporte móvil (4) con taladros (5) múltiples y con dos placas matrices horizontales (2, 3) con perforaciones (8) entre las cuales pasan los neumáticos (7), así como un sistema de alimentación (6, 6'', 6") que facilita el paso de los neumáticos (7) hacia la prensa (1), caracterizada porque comprende también un destalonador (16) apto para eliminar los talones (15) de dichos neumáticos (7) practicando simultáneamente hendiduras radiales en sus flancos para permitir aplastarlos fácilmente con un dispositivo de corte transversal de los neumáticos (7), comportando dicho destalonador (16) por una parte un tambor (18) motorizado con eje vertical equipado en su base con una cuchilla (19) circular destinada a recortar lostalones (15) y con hojas laterales (20) verticales dispuestas de modo que corten una hendidura en los flancos de los neumáticos (7) con intervalos regulares y, por otra parte, un rodillo (21) móvil horizontalmente y con eje paralelo al del tambor (18) que permite aplicar los flancos de dichos neumáticos (7) contra dicho tambor (18).
