Abstract

Una prenda para mantener un artículo absorbente desechable en estrecho contacto corporal, teniendo dicha prenda un eje central longitudinal (L) que define una dirección longitudinal y un eje central lateral (T) que define una dirección lateral y una abertura (21) de cintura que permite la entrada en la misma, comprendiendo dicha prenda un material de punto y teniendo: una región delantera (30); una región trasera (40) que tiene al menos dos secciones (44, 46); un miembro (42) de elevación asociado funcionalmente con dicha región trasera (40), comprendiendo dicho miembro (42) de elevación al menos una porción y estando dispuesto en una relación de simetría con respecto a dicho eje central longitudinal, en donde dicho miembro (42) de elevación divide dicha región trasera (40) en dichas al menos dos secciones (44, 46); una región (50) de entrepierna dispuesta entre, y unida a, dicha región delantera (30) y dicha región trasera (40); un par de aberturas (60) de pierna opuestas que tienen una periferia definida por dicha región delantera (30), dicha región trasera (40) y dicha región (50) de entrepierna; y un miembro (52) de control de alargamiento longitudinal asociado funcionalmente con dicho miembro (42) de elevación, estando dispuesto dicho miembro (52) de control de alargamiento longitudinal a lo largo de dicho eje central longitudinal en dicha región (50) de entrepierna; caracterizada porque dicho miembro (42) de elevación se ha tricotado íntegramente con dichas secciones de dicha región trasera (40) usando un modelo de tejido de punto que tiene menos alargamiento longitudinal que el modelo totalmente de punto liso.
