Abstract

Neumático, con relación de aspecto H/S comprendida entre 0,3 y 0,8, que comprende una armadura de carcasa (1), formada por elementos de refuerzo radiales, de radio ecuatorial RSS ñ ÄRSS, siendo ÄRSS igual a 1 vez el espesor mínimo de la citada armadura de carcasa, y que tiene superpuesta radialmente una armadura de corona (3) sensiblemente, o casi, cilíndrica, formada por, al menos, una tela de trabajo (30) de elementos de refuerzo circunferenciales, siendo la citada armadura de carcasa (1), a una y otra parte del plano ecuatorial XX'', por una parte, tangente a un círculo C denominado de anclaje, formando la tangente común al citado círculo C y al plano meridiano de la armadura de carcasa (1), en el punto de tangencia T entre el citado perfil y el círculo C de anclaje y con respecto a una paralela al eje de rotación que pasa por el citado punto de tangencia T, una ángulo á comprendido entre +20 y -80, y por otra, en su parte comprendida entre el citado punto de tangencia T y el punto E de mayor anchura axial, provista de una armadura de refuerzo (6) de elementos inextensibles circunferencialmente, caracterizado porque, visto en sección meridiana, la línea media de cada mitad de la parte principal de la armadura de carcasa (1) tiene un perfil meridiano, cuando el neumático está montado en su llanta de servicio e hinchado a su presión recomendada, compuesto por cuatro arcos de círculo: * un primer arco de círculo TA de radio R1'', comprendido entre, o es igual a, las magnitudes R1 y/o 2R1, por una parte, tangente al círculo de anclaje C, concéntrico con el círculo de la pestaña de la llanta de radio rJ, dispuesto radialmente por encima y distante de la citada pestaña una magnitud ET, al menos, igual a dos veces el espesor mínimo e de la armadura de carcasa, y que, por otra parte, presenta un punto de intersección A, con *un segundo arco de círculo AE, de radio R1", comprendido entre las magnitudes R1 y 2R1, tangente a la recta D perpendicular al eje de rotación que pasa por el punto E de mayor anchura axial, * un tercer arco de círculo EF de radio R2, tangente al segundo arco de círculo AE en el punto E de mayor anchura axial y tangente a un cuarto arco de círculo FG, paralelo a la casi cilíndrica armadura de corona (3), en un punto F, distante de la recta paralela al eje de rotación que pasa por el centro OJ del círculo de anclaje C, una magnitud d, satisfaciendo las magnitudes d1, R1, R2 las relaciones: d=R2+(R1+arJ+eo) cos á y R1=R2 RSS/RSS-R2 siendo á el ángulo que forma la tangente en T con una paralela al eje de rotación, y siendo a una constante que puede tomar los valores - 1, 0, o + 1, * un cuarto arco de círculo FG de Radio RTC igual al radio transversal RT de la armadura de corona, disminuido en, al menos, el espesor mínimo e de la armadura de carcasa, y porque la anchura de la armadura de corona (3) de trabajo está comprendida entre la distancia que separa los dos puntos F de tangencia del citado perfil meridiano de la armadura de corona (3) y la citada distancia aumentada en 2R2/3.
