Abstract

"PNEUMáTICO". Pneumático, de relação de forma H/S compreendida entre 0,3 e 0,8, que compreende uma armadura de carcaça (1), encimada radialmente por uma armadura de vértice (3) quase cilíndrica, a dita armadura de carcaça (1) sendo, por um lado tangente a um círculo C dito de enganchamento, a tangente comum ao dito círculo C e ao perfil meridiano da carcaça (1) formando em relação a uma parelela ao eixo de rotação que passa pelo dito ponto de tangência T, um ângulo <244> compreendido entre +20° e - 80°, e por outro lado, em sua parte compreendida entre o dito ponto de tangência T e o ponto E de maior largura axial, provida de uma armadura de reforço (6) de elementos inextensíveis circunferencialmente; vista em seção meridiana, a carcaça (1) tem um perfil, quando o pneumático está montado e inflado em sua pressão recomendada, composto por quatro arcos de círculo: um primeiro arco de círculo TA de raio r'~ 1~, tangente ao círculo de enganchamento C, e que apresenta um ponto de interseção A com um segundo arco de círculo AE, de raio r'' ~ 1~, tangente à reta D perpendicular ao eixo de rotação que passa pelo ponto E de maior largura axial, um terceiro arco de círuclo EF de raio r~ 2~, tangente ao segundo arco de círculo AE no ponto E e tangente a um quarto arco de círculo FG, em um ponto F distante da reta paralela ao eixo de rotação que passa pelo centro O~ j~ do círculo C de uma quantidade d, as quantidades d, r~ 1~, r~ 2~ satisfazendo às relações: d=r~ 2~+ (r~ 1~+ ar~ j~+ e~ T~) cos <244> e r~ 1~=r~ 2~R~ ss~/R~ ss~ - r~ 2~, quando r'~ 1~ e r'' ~ 1~ são compreendidos entre as ou igual às quantidades r~ 1~ e/ou 2r~ 1~, e um quarto arco de círculo FG de raio R~ TC~ igual ao raio transversal R~ T~ da armadura de vértice, diminuído de no máximo a espessura mínima da armadura de carcaça.
