Abstract

Dispersión de poliuretano libre de disolventes con un alto contenido en materiales sólidos de un polímero de poliuretano o de materiales de carga con un contenido en materiales sólidos del polímero de poliuretano de 40 a 70 % en peso, referido a la cantidad total de una dispersión pura de poliuretano, que es obtenible mediante el recurso de que a) se hace reaccionar de 10 a 50 % en peso de un componente poliol de elevado peso molecular (A) (i), que tiene por lo menos dos grupos hidroxilo reactivos con respecto a los poliisocianatos y una masa molecular de 500 a 6.000 Dalton, asícomo eventualmentede0,5 a 5% en peso de un componente poliol de bajo peso molecular (A) (ii), que tiene por lo menos dos grupos hidroxilo reactivos con respecto a los poliisocianatos y una masa molecular de 60 a 150 Dalton, con 5 a 25 % en peso de un componente poliisocianato (B), que consta de por lo menos un poliisocianato, un derivado de poliisocianato u homólogos de poliisocianato, con por lo menos dos grupos deisocianato alifáticos y/o aromáticos, eventualmente en presencia de un catalizador, para formar un preaducto de poliuretano, después de ello b) el preaducto de poliuretano procedente de la etapa a) se hace reaccionar con 0,5 a 5 % en peso de un componente poliol de bajo peso molecular y modificable aniónicamente (A) (iii), que tiene por lo menos dos grupos hidroxilo reactivos con respecto a los poliisocianatos y por lo menos un grupo carboxilo inerte con respecto a los poliisocianatos, que se puede transformar en un grupo carboxilato en presencia de bases, para formar el correspondiente prepolímero, c) el prepolímero procedente de la etapa b) se hace reaccionar con 0,25 a 2,5 % en peso de un componente de neutralización (C) para la neutralización total o parcial de los grupos carboxilo, a continuación o al mismo tiempo d) el prepolímero neutralizado procedente de la etapa c) se dispersa en 10 a 60 % en peso de agua, que eventualmente contiene también de 10 a 70 % en peso de un componente deformulación (F) seleccionado entre materiales de carga, pigmentos, plastificantes, materiales fibrosos y/o demás aditivos usuales, a continuación de ello e) la dispersión procedente de la etapa d) se lleva a reacción con 0,25a2,5% en peso de un componente de prolongación de cadena (D) que consta de por lo menos una poliamina, que tiene por lo menos dos grupos amino reactivos con respecto a los poliisocianatos, y f ) eventualmente la dispersión procedente de la etapa e) se hace reaccionar con 0,05 a 0,5 % en peso de un componente de interrupción de cadena (E) seleccionado entre por lo menos una monoamina que tiene un grupo amino reactivo con respecto a los poliisocianatos.
