Abstract

Procedimiento e instalación para termoformar recipientes y rodearlos con banderolas. Según el procedimiento, se establece un bloque de alvéolos (58) que tiene 2n hileras 2k alvéolos (siendo n y k números enteros por lo menos iguales a 2) capaces de definir las cámaras de formación por calor (32) del bloque de molde (26). Se establecen dos hileras 2k sistemas de introducción de banderolas (54, 58) y se realiza una etapa de aplicación de banderolas en la cual, los 2k sistemas de introducción de banderolas de estas dos hileras quedan dispuestos en correspondencia con los 2k alvéolos de dos de las hileras de alvéolos del bloque de alvéolos; se introduce una banderola decorativa (34) en cada uno de estos 2k alvéolos, y en la cual se efectúan n-1 ciclos de aplicación de banderolas en cada uno de los cuales se desplazan los 2k sistemas de introducción de banderolas (54, 58) para situarlos en correspondencia con los 2k alvéolos de dos hileras de alvéolos (R''2, R''1) desprovistas de banderolas del bloque de alvéolos (52) y se introduce una banderola decorativa en cada uno de estos 2k alvéolos. Ventajosamente, se establecen dos bloques de alvéolos de posición intercambiable y que sirven alternativamente para la aplicación de banderolas y para la termoformación.
