Abstract

Procedimiento e instalación de formación térmica y de aplicación de banderolas. Procedimiento de fabricación de recipientes (1) por termoformado a partir de una banda termoplástica (10) que se hace avanzar paso a paso, según el cual se hace que la banda avance en una longitud correspondiente a la formación de kn hileras de recipientes, se utiliza una estación de termoformación (16) que se extiende en k pasos de avance y que comprende k puestos de termoformación (18; 20) cada uno de los cuales tienen hileras de cámaras (R1, R2; R3, R4). En cada uno de los puestos se dispone una banderola decorativa en cada cámara del puesto considerado, a partir de una tira (26, 27) conducida por un espacio libre o discontinuidad previsto (19, 21, 19'', 21'') para cada cámara. Se disponen los k puestos de termoformación (18, 28) de tal manera que las kn hileras de recipientes queden finalmente termoformadas y dotadas de banderola a la salida de la estación de formación térmica.
