Abstract

Un bloque colector de intercambiador de calor (110,210), configurado para acoplamiento por soldadura fuerte a un colector de intercambiador de calor, orientando el bloque colector (110,210) para que tenga un eje longitudinal del mismo sensiblemente paralelo a un eje longitudinal del colector, comprendiendo el bloque colector: - una superficie longitudinal sensiblemente paralela a los ejes longitudinales del bloque colector; - una segunda superficie del bloque colector; - un orificio de conexión (114,214) en la segunda superficie del bloque colector, estando el orificio de conexión configurado para recibir un tubo de conexión (124), para unión con el cual está configurado para acoplamiento el bloque colector (110,210); caracterizado por - aletas (116,128) que se proyectan desde al menos una de las superficies longitudinal y segunda del bloque colector (110,210) favoreciendo las aletas (116,128) la transmisión de calor por convección y radiación al bloque colector(110,210), para aumentar la velocidad de calentamiento del bloque colector (110,210), durante la soldadura fuerte del bloque colector al tubo de conexión y al colector, y por - un agujero escariado (120,220) que rodea el orificio de conexión ç(114,214), estando dimensionado el agujero escariado (120,220) para servir como depósito para el metal de aportación fundido, e impedir que el metal de aportación fundido escape del tubo de conexión (124) hacia las aletas, durante la soldadura fuerte del tubo de conexión (124) al orificio de conexión (114,214).
