Abstract

R.E.C.: Regulador económico. El estabilizador de presiones (R.E.C) va instalado entre el retorno del gas-oil y la bomba inyectora, el combustible entra por la válvula de entrad (E), tarada a una presión, procedente de la bomba inyectora, regulándose en su interior la presión para devolverlo através de la válvula de salida (B) a la bomba. Fines: - Reducción consumo combustible, mediante reducción de presiones en interior de la bomba inyectora. - Aumento potencia, mediante adecuación de presiones en el interior de la bomba según circunstancias de trabajo, más esfuerzo más presión y viceversa. - Mayor constancia del motor al equilibrar los esfuerzos. Otros efectos: - Mayor duración del motor por eliminación de carbonilla. - Mayor duración del lubricante por menores fogueo y cantidad de residuos. - Reducción de gases contaminantes. Componentes: - Cuerpo central de aluminio tratado. - Tres válvulas con: 3 bolas, 3 muelles de distinta presión, 3 reguladores roscados y 3 clips de fijación.
