EL FACTOR ANTERIOR SE PRODUCE MEDIANTE EL CULTIVO DE UN TRANSFORMANTE PREPARADO MEDIANTE LA TRANSFORMACION DE UNA CELULA HUESPED CON UN VECTOR QUE CONTENGA EL GEN ANTERIOR. EL GEN CODIFICA UN NUEVO FACTOR DE ADHESION QUE AUMENTA LA CAPACIDAD DE SOPORTAR LA PROLIFERACION DE LA CELULA PRE-B EN LAS CELULAS MIELOMA O SINOVIALES DE UN PACIENTE CON ARTRITIS REUMATOIDE (RA) O MIELOMA MULTIPLE (MM).
