Abstract

Dispositivo para mobiliario reclinable o de asiento, en el cual el mueble tiene dos o más miembros articulados y ajustables entre sí (R,S,F) los cuales forman conjuntamente una estructura regulable de soporte de un colchón, cojín, tapicería o similar, donde la estructura regulable está montada en un miembro de soporte (A) por medio de ejes o pasadores o tirantes o elementos deslizantes horizontales o elementos similares que constituyen ejes de articulación (2,3,5) para los miembros articulados ajustables entre sí (R,S,F), donde el miembro de espalda (R) tiene un eje de articulación fijo (2) en relación al miembro de soporte (A), colocado a una cierta distancia de la unión (1) con el miembro de asiento, y donde la regulación de las partes correspondientes del mueble se lleva a cabo mediante un brazo fijo (6) que se proyecta hacia abajo y que está montado sobre la cara inferior del miembro de espalda (R) en el área situada debajo deleje de articulación (2) del miembro de espalda, y donde está previsto un mecanismo de resorte (15) entre un punto de fijación (14) sobre dicho brazo (6) y un punto (11) sobre el miembro de soporte (A) o la estructura (S,F), caracterizado por el hecho de que el mecanismo de resorte (15), preferentemente un resorte de gas, está diseñado para el ejercicio de una fuerza contra la fijación del resorte (14) hacia el brazo del miembro de espalda (6), fijación que es regulable dependiendo del peso y/o de la carga de rozamiento sobre el mueble, de manera que el mecanismo de resorte está ejerciendo una fuerza del mismo orden que la fuerza que se ejerce sobre el miembro de espalda (R) durante cualquier ajuste entre diferentes posiciones del usuario del mueble, y por el hecho de que el mecanismo de resorte (15) está provisto de un mecanismo de bloqueo para bloquear el resorte en cualquier posición.
