Abstract

Método para seleccionar una secuencia nucleótida que codifica un compuesto biológico que comprende: a) expresar la secuencia nucleótida en un sistema de expresión para producir el compuesto biológico, b) poner en contacto el compuesto biológico con una sustancia fluorescente capaz de reaccionar ante el compuesto biológico para dejar que la reacción tenga lugar, c) medir la polarización de fluorescencia de la sustancia fluorescente, y d) seleccionar los sistemas de expresión en los que haya ocurrido un cambio en la polarización de fluorescencia.
