CON EL ENSAMBLAMIENTO LA BANDA DE COBRE (3) SE SITUA DE CANTO Y SIN ESTAR UNIDA POR FUNDICION EN UNA ZONA DE FUSION (10) PRODUCIDA POR UN RAYO LASER EXCLUSIVAMENTE EN LA SUPERFICIE DEL TUBO (6), FIJANDOSE EN EL TUBO (2) MEDIANTE LA SOLIDIFICACION DEL MATERIAL TUBULAR FUSIONADO. DE ESTE MODO SE CREA UN TUBO DE ALETAS CON UN TUBO INTERIOR (2) DE ACERO FINO RESISTENTE A LA CORROSION Y UN NERVIO (3 ) EN ESPIRAL DE COBRE, QUE SIRVE PARA AUMENTAR LA SUPERFICIE INTERCAMBIADORA DE CALOR DEL TUBO (2) Y QUE SE CARACTERIZA POR MOSTRAR UNA ELEVADA CONDUCTIBILIDAD TERMICA.
