Abstract
La invención se refiere a un receptor de radio de banda ancha que produce una señal compleja en banda base por normalización de una señal de FI mediante un amplificador limitador. La señal de FI se aplica a un circuito complejo de muestreo, para obtener componentes I y Q normalizadas. El amplificador limitador proporciona una señal SRI que representa la amplitud de la señal recibida. La señal SRI, que es muestreada a la misma frecuencia que la señal de FI normalizada, se combina con los componentes I y Q normalizadas para dar los componentes I y Q de la señal en banda base.
