Abstract

Anillo de rodadura que es apto para el apoyo de un dispositivo de protección en un árbol articulado giratorio, cuyo anillo debe engarzarse con una ranura anular de una pieza constructiva del árbol articulado, por ejemplo, una horquilla de articulación, y está formado por una sección de anillo de base que es apta para el acoplamiento con una pieza constructiva del dispositivo de protección, y está dotado con una sección de rodadura que está determinada para el engarce en la ranura anular, estando estructurado como pieza compuesta, es decir que la sección de anillo de base está fabricada con un plástico diferente que la sección de rodadura y la sección de rodadura está fabricada mediante recubrimiento por extrusión de la sección de anillo de base con el material de trabajo PEEK, con lo que se consigue una alta duración de vida con costes todavía aceptables para el apoyo.
