Abstract

Eje direccional para acoplamiento de motorruedas en vehículos. Tiene especial aplicación en vehículos de carga tales como tractores, dumpers, maquinaria agrícola, carretillas, etc. El eje direccional (1) incluye a sus extremos sendas bridas (4) en forma de "U". Las ramas (5, 6) tienen sendos orificios alineados (8, 9) y su eje geométrico (18) es común al que pasa por los semiejes definidos en las zonas extremas de unas extensiones (14, 15) previstas en una rótula (10) a la que queda anclado el motorreductor (3) de giro de la rueda correspondiente. La rótula (10) tiene un brazo lateral (19) conectado al cilindro de dirección (21). El eje geométrico (18) se resuelve superiormente mediante un cuello cilíndrico (16) abierto al interior de la rótula (10), pasante por el orificio (8) de la brida, interponiendo un rodamiento (22). Con esta disposición, por el vaciado axial del cuello cilíndrico (16) de la rótula (10), pueden pasar los latiguillos y otros conductos de acceso al motorreductor y sistema de freno de las ruedas (2), sin sufrir roces ni torceduras que hicieran prematuro su desgaste.
