技术领域
本发明是一种钢带收卷机，确切的说是钢带收卷机的辊轮固定装置。
背景技术
现有常用的钢带收卷机，为了保证钢带收卷机移动的便利性，经常在钢带收卷机的底部安装有辊轮，但是辊轮本身不容易固定，特别是钢带收卷的过程中要承受横向的拉力，辊轮移动后会使钢带的收卷效果下降，即钢带卷的压紧度下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种钢带收卷机辊轮固定装置，解决现有技术的带有辊轮结构的钢带收卷机不易固定的问题。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现：
一种钢带收卷机的辊轮固定装置，包括一个双向驱动油缸和两个辊轮，所述双向驱动油缸的两端分别具有一个伸缩杆，两个辊轮对称布置，在每个辊轮的轴上安装一个异形卡件，每个所述异形卡件的上端通过连杆与一个所述伸缩杆的端部铰接，所述异形卡件的下端设有摩擦片，所述摩擦片距离辊轮的轴心的距离大于辊轮的半径。
所述摩擦片为扇形。
所述摩擦片距离辊轮的轴心的距离是辊轮的半径的1.5倍。
本发明所述钢带收卷机的辊轮固定装置，通过一个双向驱动油缸驱动两个异形卡件进而将两个辊轮进行定位，结构简单，可靠性高。

如图1所示，本发明实施例所述钢带收卷机的辊轮固定装置，包括一个双向驱动油缸1和两个辊轮2，所述双向驱动油缸1的两端分别具有一个伸缩杆3，两个辊轮2对称布置，在每个辊轮2的轴上安装一个异形卡件4，每个所述异形卡件4的上端通过连杆6与一个所述伸缩杆3的端部铰接，所述异形卡件4的下端设有摩擦片5，所述摩擦片5距离辊轮2的轴心的距离大于辊轮2的半径。
所述摩擦片5为扇形。
所述摩擦片5距离辊轮2的轴心的距离是辊轮2的半径的1.5倍。
本发明所述钢带收卷机的辊轮固定装置，通过一个双向驱动油缸驱动两个异形卡件进而将两个辊轮进行定位，结构简单，可靠性高。

1.一种钢带收卷机的辊轮固定装置，其特征在于，包括一个双向驱动油缸和两个辊轮，所述双向驱动油缸的两端分别具有一个伸缩杆，两个辊轮对称布置，在每个辊轮的轴上安装一个异形卡件，每个所述异形卡件的上端通过连杆与一个所述伸缩杆的端部铰接，所述异形卡件的下端设有摩擦片，所述摩擦片距离辊轮的轴心的距离大于辊轮的半径。
