EL EMBOLO (2) POSEE UNAS SUPERFICIES EFECTIVAS (2C,2D,2E,2F) EXPUESTAS A LA ZONA DE ALTA PRESION O A LA ZONA DE PRESION CRECIENTE. DICHAS SUPERFICIES EFECTIVAS GENERAN UNOS COMPONENTES DE FUERZA QUE EMPUJAN AL EMBOLO (2), LLEVANDOLO A LA POSICION DE APERTURA O DE CIERRE. ASI, EL EMBOLO (2) SE SITUA EN LA POSICION DE APERTURA CUANDO LA DIFERENCIA ENTRE LA ALTA PRESION Y LA PRESION CRECIENTE CAE POR DEBAJO DEUN VALOR DE UMBRAL.
