Abstract
To provide a fluid pressure actuator with a new structure which accelerates considerably faster than the prior actuator by canceling the obstacles of the acceleration which originates in the characteristics of the fluid pressure actuator. The fluid pressure actuator 100 of this invention includes a cylinder 110, a distribution channel 121 for introducing fluid into the piston 103 slidably arranged in the cylinder 110, a discharge route 122 at a higher-level side than where the cylinder is opened at an opening region 121C which opens to the space provided in the distribution channel, a switch expedient 106 partly maintaining distribution channel in circulation provided to the opening region or the front end of the opening, for applying pressure of the fluid to the distribution channel by turning on and off the switch expedient, so as to change the internal pressure of the cylinder which is communicated to distribution channel so as to operate the piston.
