Abstract

Línea de Manipulado de puerros, cebolletas y hortalizas con hoja. Consiste en un conjunto de máquinas formado por un transportador (1) que recepciona y alimenta el producto hacia la máquina para lavar y pelar (2) formada por un módulo de cepillos regulables, que conforme a su disposición y distribución de forma alterna, permite ciclos completos para su pelado y lavado; cuyo mecanismo de transmisión se encuentra ubicado en compartimentos independientes al de pelado y lavado, evitando así su deterioro prematuro y desembocando en un módulo de corte de raíz y hoja de precisión que a su vez este desembocaría en unas bandejas (3, 4 y 6) sometidas a vibración con una frecuencia, amplitud, y ángulo de incidencia adecuado al producto a manipular, cuya superficie irá recubierta de una capa inferior de espuma y otra superior resistente al desgaste y que facilita el deslizamiento y la acumulación para las diversas operaciones de manipulado; posee unos transportadores para evacuar el destrío, y un autómata programable en el cuadro de maniobras.
