Abstract
Estructura aligerante para forjados bidireccionales. Participan en la misma pina pluralidad de piezas acanaladas (1), de sección rectangular interiormente acorde con la sección prevista para los nervios del forjado y cuyas paredes laterales (3) presentan un espesor relativamente reducido, al igual que su base, presentando una longitud coincidente con la distancia entre ejes de la retícula del forjado y presentando además extremos (5) angulados ortogonalmente, que permiten un acoplamiento reticular entre piezas (1) de manera que en cada nudo de la retícula confluyen cuatro extremos (5) estableciendo una comunicación entre canales (4), sin solución de continuidad, definiendo esta estructura reticular ambos espacios vacíos, en correspondencia con las celdas de la misma, donde se acoplan posteriormente casetones (15) independientes. Para una mayor estabilidad en el montaje las citadas piezas acanaladas (1) están provistas en sus extremos de medios de acoplamiento machi-hembrado (6-7) y para fijación de las armaduras cuentan con medios de apoyo (9) y (12), tanto a nivel inferior como a nivel de su embocadura. Esta estructuración permite obtener las piezas acanaladas (1) por moldeo y los casetones (15) por corte y como consecuencia permite establecer forjados bidireccionales con retículas de 80 x 80 cm, que son las dimensiones más idóneas.Lightening structure for bidirectional slabs.
