Abstract

Proceso para la preparación de mezclas de organopolisiloxanos lineales de la fórmula general 1 (CH3)3SiO-(Si(CH3)2O)n-Si(CH3)3 (1), en la cual n significa losvalores0 o un número entero de 1 a 50, en el cual se hacen reaccionar trimetilclorosilano y dimetildiclorosilano con agua que contiene opcionalmente ácido clorhídrico, siendo la concentración de HCl en el ácido clorhídrico evacuado menor que 25 % en peso, caracterizado porque la reacción se lleva a cabo continuamente en un sistema de circulación cerrado, de los organopolisiloxanos evacuados de la fórmula general 1 se separa por destilación una parte de los organopolisiloxanos lineales de peso molecular bajo, y las mezclas de organopolisiloxanos lineales contienen 0 a 60 por ciento de organopolisiloxanos de la fórmula general 1 en la cual n significa el valor 0 y contienen como máximo 1 % en peso de organopolisiloxanos cíclicos de peso molecular bajo.
