Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de una unión por rozamiento de dos componentes, en particular de un árbol y un cubo, que evita un deterioro superficial, por ejemplo formación de viruta, durante el montaje conjunto de los componentes, para lo que se deforma plásticamente un componente redondo, mediante aportación de una fuerza, en forma ovalada o poligonal, se redondea plenamente elásticamente a continuación el componente ovalado o poligonal mediante aportación de otra fuerza, se montan los componentes manteniendo la otra fuerza, y se elimina a continuación la otra fuerza, de modo que el componente redondo recupera elásticamente una forma ovalada o poligonal, de modo que los componentes quedan unidos entonces entre sí mediante ajuste a presión.
