ESTA INVENCION TAMBIEN SE REFIERE A CONFITURAS PREPARADAS SEGUN EL METODO DE LA INVENCION.THE PRESENT INVENTION REFERS TO A METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF A CONFITURE FROM A BINDING AGENT WITH SUGAR OR WITHOUT SUGAR THAT CONSISTS, IN THE DIRECTION OF TRANSPORTATION DOWN, IN THE SEQUENCE OF NEXT STEPS: A) AN AGENT IS INTRODUCED OF INFLATION IN A BARREL OF A TWO HELICE EXTRUDER EQUIPPED WITH MULTIPLE HEATING AREAS; B) THE INFLUENTION AGENT IS MIXED BY EXTRUSION IN A FIRST SERIES OF HEATING AREAS TO REPEAT THE INFLATION AGENT, WHERE THE FIRST SERIES OF HEATING AREAS ARE CONFIGURED SO THAT YOU HAVE A MINIMUM TIME PERIOD FOR THE DEFEAT OF THE INFLATION AGENT; C) THE INFRINGED BINDING AGENT IS MIXED BY EXTRUSION FROM THE FIRST SERIES OF HEATING AREAS TO UP TO A COVERAGE, WHERE THE COVERAGE IS CONFIGURED TO HAVE A MINIMUM TIME PERIOD TO REPEAT THE INFLATION AGENT; D) THE INFRINGED BINDING AGENT IS MIXED BY EXTRUSION FROM THE COVER UP TO A WARMING AREA THAT HAS A PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE, WHERE THE PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE IS CONFIGURED TO HAVE A MINIMUM TIME PERIOD FOR BREATHE THE INFLATION AGENT; E) THE INFRINGED BINDING AGENT IS MIXED BY EXTRUSION FROM THE HEATING AREA THAT HAS THE PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE TO A HEATING AREA THAT HAS A VENTILATION OPENING, WHERE THE VENTILATION OPENING IS CONFIGURED TO HAVE MINIMUM EVAPORATION TIME PERIOD TO REDUCE THE CONTENT OF HUMIDITY OF THE CONFITURE TO LESS THAN 2% APPROXIMATELY; AND F) THE INFRINGED BINDING AGENT IS MIXED BY EXTRUSION FROM THE WARMING AREA THAT HAS THE VENTILATION OPENING UP TO THE EXTRUDER'S EXIT TO FORM A VITREA CONFITURE. THIS INVENTION ALSO REFERS TO CONFITURES PREPARED ACCORDING TO THE METHOD OF THE INVENTION.
