Abstract

Aplicación de harinas de germen de ciertos cereales en la fabricación de productos alimenticios útiles para el tratamiento de estados carenciales en fitatos. Las harinas de germen de ciertos cereales (garrofín, maíz, trigo, centeno) son ricas en fitatos. De ahí que sean útiles para la fabricación de alimentos ricos en fitatos, destinados al tratamiento o prevención de situaciones patológicas o prepatológicas derivadas de estados carenciales en fitatos, especialmente, la litiasis renal. Aplicación en el sector alimenticio.
