CON ELLO SE GARANTIZA LA MOVILIDAD GIRATORIA DE UN TUBO FLEXIBLE CON CAPACIDAD CONDUCTORA ELECTRICA FIJADO EN EL ELEMENTO DE CONEXION SIN INTERRUPCION DE FLUJO DE CORRIENTE ENTRE LOS CUERPOS MOVILES. EL ELEMENTO DE CONEXION MUESTRA BASICAMENTE DOS CUERPOS, QUE ESTAN DISPUESTOS DE FORMA COAXIAL UNO CON OTRO Y CON MOVIMIENTO GIRATORIO. UN ANILLO DE MUELLE FIJA AMBOS CUERPOS UNO CON OTRO.
