Abstract

Procedimiento de fijación de una sustancia luminiscente que comprende la elaboración de una mezcla compuesta de un disolvente orgánico y un alqueno que actúa de vehículo, realizándose la mezcla hasta la saturación del disolvente consiguiéndose un producto de alta densidad, que se mezcla con la sustancia luminiscente Lumilux Efecto Verde N-FG u otra de características apropiadas con una mezcla en volumen de 70% de sustancia estabilizadora y 30%de sustancia luminiscente removiendo hasta obtener una masa homogénea que se aplica sobre un material cerámico en una o varias capas uniformes con secado a temperatura ambiente entre un cuarto de hora y treinta minutos, introduciéndose en horno con un ritmo progresivo de calentamiento desde temperatura ambiente hasta la ebullición de los disolventes, provocando su evaporación en forma progresiva procediéndose a una posterior subida de temperatura para fijar la sustancia luminiscente al soporte, con posterior enfriamiento controlado resultando un producto con una resistencia mecánica de al menos 75 Kg/cm{sup,2 .
