EN LA PRIMERA ETAPA EL MATERIAL A SER EXAMINADO SE PROCESA OCUPANDO UNA PANTALLA EN UNA PRIMERA COMBINACION EN UNA MEZCLA DE REACCION, Y UTILIZANDO LA ACTIVIDAD RT EN EL MATERIAL PROCESADO A SER EXAMINADO PARA PREPARAR UN ACIDO NUCLEICO A SER MULTIPLICADO EN UN PROCESO DE AMPLIFICACION DE ACIDO NUCLEICO, DADO DE TAL FORMA QUE PUEDE SER PRODUCIDA UNA SUSTANCIA SOLAMENTE SI SE ENCUENTRA ACTIVIDAD RT EN EL MATERIAL A SER EXAMINADO.
