EL DETECTOR DE LA HUMEDAD DEL SUELO TIENE UN PAR DE VARILLAS CILINDRICAS CADA UNA DE LAS CUALES ESTA REVESTIDA CON UNA CAPA DELGADA DE MATERIAL DIELECTRICO (17), QUE SE ENTIERRAN EN EL SUELO U OTRO MEDIO Y SE CONECTAN A UN CIRCUITO DE CONVERSION EN EL QUE LOS ELECTRODOS ACTUAN A MODO DE CAPACITANCIA VARIABLE.
