Abstract
LA PRESENTE INVENCION TRATA DE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA FABRICAR UN CUERPO CON FORMA DE PANAL, AMONTONANDOSE Y/O ENROLLANDOSE POR CAPAS CHAPAS DE METAL HECHAS DE UN MATERIAL ESTRATIFICADO. LA INVENCION TRATA BASICAMENTE DE LAS CHAPAS METALICAS. EN LA FABRICACION DE LOS CUERPOS CON FORMA DE PANAL SE UTILIZAN UNAS CAPAS DE CHAPA METALICA QUE MUESTRAN, AL MENOS EN PARTE, UNA ESTRUCTURA QUE SIRVE PARA FORMAR UNOS CANALES, A TRAVES DE LOS CUALES PUEDE FLUIR UN FLUIDO. AL MENOS UNA PARTE DE LAS CAPAS DE CHAPA METALICA ESTA FORMADA PRIMERAMENTE POR UN MATERIAL (11) ESTRATIFICADO, QUE TIENE AL MENOS UNA CAPA (4) DE ACERO QUE CONTIENE CROMO Y AL MENOS UNA CAPA (5, 6) QUE CONTIENE ESENCIALMENTE ALUMINIO. ESTAS CAPAS SON HOMOGENEIZADAS EN SU MAYOR PARTE DURANTE UN POSTERIOR TRATAMIENTO TERMICO. SEGUN LA INVENCION, EL MATERIAL ESTRATIFICADO ESTA PROVISTO DURANTE SU LAMINADO DE AL MENOS UNA CAPA ADICIONAL (9A, 9B, 9C) DE MATERIAL DE SOLDADURA, DE TAL MODO QUE DURANTE SU POSTERIOR TRATAMIENTO TERMICO SE PRODUCEN UNAS UNIONES SOLDADAS EN AL MENOS UNAS PARTES DE LAS LINEAS DE CONTACTO QUE HAY ENTRE LAS CAPAS DE CHAPA METALICA. EL MATERIAL DE SOLDADURA (9A, 9B, 9C) SE ENCUENTRA PREFERENTEMENTE SOLO EN UNA ZONA PARCIAL DE LA SUPERFICIE DE UNION DEL MATERIAL (11) ESTRATIFICADO, PREFERIBLEMENTE COMO TIRAS DE SOLDADURA (9A, 9C) EN AL MENOS UNA ZONA MARGINAL.
