DICHO PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN PREPARAR LA SAL DE LA MAIDA, COMO EL HIDROCLORURO DE AMIDA, DIRECTAMENTE A PARTIR DEL AMINONITRILO CORRESPONDIENTE, EN PRESENCIA DE AGUA, UN ACIDO MINERAL FUERTE, COMO UN HCL ANHIDRO, Y UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO, SIENDO LA SAL DE AMIDA RESULANTE INSOLUBLE O PRACTICAMENTE INSOLUBLE. LOS DISOLVENTES ORGANICOS ADECUADOS INCLUYEN DIALQUIL ETERES, ETERES DE DIALQUIL ETILEN GLICOL Y ALCOHOLES SECUNDARIOS.
