Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método de análisis de trans-resveratrol por deserción láser acoplada a ionización multifotónica resonante. El método consta de tres etapas: - deserción por láser de las moléculas. - ionización multifotónica resonante de las moléculas desorbidas. - detección de los iones mediante espectrometría de masas por tiempo de vuelo. La ionización se debe realizar de forma sincronizada con la deserción y a la longitud de onda resonante de este compuesto, entre 302 y 307,5 nm. La presente invención se puede aplicar al análisis de trans-resveratrol tanto en muestras naturales como productos manufacturados, pudiéndose tratar en ambos casos de muestras sólidas o líquidas. Las distintas técnicas empleadas hasta el momento para el análisis de trans-resveratrol necesitan de largas y complejas operaciones de preparación de la muestra que dificultan y encarecen el proceso de análisis, siendo además una de las principales fuentes de error. La principal innovación del presente método es la realización de un análisis directo que permite aumentar la exactitud y precisión de las medidas facilitando de forma importante el proceso de análisis.
