DE ESTA MANERA SE DISUELVEN LAS PROTEINAS QUE LLEVA ESTA SUSTANCIA. A CONTINUACION SE NEUTRALIZA ESTA DISOLUCION Y LAS PROTEINAS QUE LLEVA SE CONCENTRAN. PARA MEJORAR LA ECONOMIA DEL PROCEDIMIENTO EN UNA REALIZACION A GRAN ESCALA, LA SUSTANCIA QUE CONTIENE LAS PROTEINAS SE TRATA CON UNA PROTEASA ANTES DE LA DISPERSION EN EL DISOLVENTE ALCALINO.
