UN PROCESO PARA LA RECUPERACION DE UN CATALIZADOR SULFONICO FLUORADO GASTADO A PARTIR DE UN ACEITE SOLUBLE ACIDO (ASO) QUE SE FORMA DURANTE LA ALQUILACION DE HIDROCARBUROS EN PRESENCIA DEL CATALIZADOR ACIDO, COMPRENDE LOS PASOS DE: LAVAR EL ASO CON AGUA Y RECUPERAR UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA DEL CATALIZADOR ACIDO; NEUTRALIZAR EL ACIDO EN LA DISOLUCION ACUOSA AÑADIENDO A LA DISOLUCION UN COMPONENTE BASICO ELEGIDO DEL GRUPO DE COMPONENTES AMINO, AMONIACO Y SALES AMONIACO, POR LO QUE SE FORMAN SALES DE AMONIACO DEL CATALIZADOR ACIDO CON UN PUNTO DE FUSION EN EL QUE LA SAL DEL CATALIZADOR ACIDO OBTENIDO EN UN PASO DE SECADO Y CONCENTRACION CONSIGUIENTE ESTA EN FORMA DE FUSION; SECAR EL MATERIAL FUNDIDO, Y FINALMENTE; RECUPERAR EL CATALIZADOR ACIDO MEDIANTE PROTONIZACION DEL MATERIAL FUNDIDO SECO CON ACIDO SULFURICO Y DESTILAR EL CATALIZADOR ACIDO RECUPERADO A PARTIR DEL ACIDO SULFURICO.
