UN METODO DE FABRICACION DE UN ELECTRODO DE BATERIA COMPRENDE MEZCLAR UN MATERIAL ACTIVO CON UN AGLOMERANTE, APLICAR LA MEZCLA ASI OBTENIDA A UN TERMINAL Y SECARLA. EN ESTE METODO, SE UTILIZA COMO AGLOMERANTE UNA DISPERSION ACUOSA DE COPOLIMERO DE METIL METACRILATO BUTADIENO Y LA PROPORCION DE LOS COMPONENTES (PPM) DE LA MEZCLA ES LA SIGUIENTE: MATERIAL ACTIVO 100, DISPERSION ACUOSA DE COPOLIMERO DE METIL METACRILATO BUTADIENO 2,4 - 24 Y AGUA 10 - 40. EL SECADO SE REALIZA HASTA CONSEGUIR UNA HUMEDAD RESIDUAL DEL 1,0 % AL 3,5 %. EL PRESENTE METODO PERMITE AMPLIAR LA POSIBILIDADES TECNOLOGICAS EN CUANTO AL USO DE DISTINTOS PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA APLICAR UNA MASA ACTIVA AL TERMINAL Y PERMITE MEJORAR LA FLEXIBILIDAD DEL ELECTRODO (SIN DESTRUIR EL SUBSTRATO), UTILIZANDO UN NUEVO AGLOMERANTE CON DISTINTAS PROPORCIONES DE COMPONENTES Y SECANDO LA MEZCLA HASTA CONSEGUIR UNA DETERMINADA HUMEDAD RESIDUAL.
