Abstract
EL PROCEDIMIENTO SIRVE PARA EL SECADO DE AISLAMIENTOS DE SUSTANCIA SOLIDA DE UN APARATO (4) ELECTRICO SEGUN EL METODO DE VAPOR-FASE. SE CALIENTAN CON ELLO LOS AISLAMIENTOS DE SUSTANCIA SOLIDA CONTENIENDO AGUA, EVENTUALMENTE DE FORMA ADICIONAL ACEITE DE AISLAMIENTO ASI COMO IMPUREZAS, MEDIANTE DEPRESION BAJO AFLUENCIA DE VAPOR DE DISOLVENTE A PARTIR DE UN EVAPORADOR (1) QUE CONTIENE UN ELEMENTO (26) DE CALENTAMIENTO. UNA MEZCLA DE VAPOR CONFIGURADA DE ESTE MODO, CONTENIENDO AL MENOS DISOLVENTE Y AGUA, SE CONDENSA A CONTINUACION EN UN DISPOSITIVO (8) Y SE SEPARA AL MENOS EL AGUA A PARTIR DEL DISOLVENTE. MEDIANTE ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO SE APLICA EL EVAPORADOR (1) PRIMERO COMO EVAPORADOR DE SOPLADO, A CONTINUACION COMO EVAPORADOR DE PELICULA DELGADA Y DE SOPLADO COMBINADO Y FINALMENTE COMO EVAPORADOR DE PELICULA DELGADA. EL PROCEDIMIENTO PUEDE SER EJECUTADO DE FORMA SENCILLA Y FACIL DE ACUERDO CON PRESCRIPCIONES DE PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONTROL Y SE CARACTERIZA POR UNA ALTO RENDIMIENTO. AL MISMO TIEMPOSE PERMITE LA DESTILACION DEL ACEITE AISLANTE PRESENTE EVENTUALMENTE DURANTE EL CALENTAMIENTO.
