FILTRO BIOLOGICO PARA ELIMINAR COMPUESTOS VOLATILES HIDROFOBOS, COMO ESTIRENO TOXICO, DE EMISIONES GASEOSAS. ESTOS SE DESINTEGRAN POR MEDIO DE UN HONGO, QUE ES INMOVILIZADO EN UN PORTADOR DE MATERIAL INERTE, COMO PERLITA. PREFERIBLEMENTE TAMBIEN SE AÑADE CARBONO ACTIVO. EL FILTRO SE FABRICA MEDIANTE EL CULTIVO DEL HONGO EN EL PORTADOR CON LA AYUDA DEL COMPUESTO QUE VA A ELIMINARSE. CON EL FIN DE PODER FABRICAR UN FILTRO RAPIDAMENTE CON UNA DISTRIBUCION HOMOGENEA DE HONGO EN EL MISMO, ES PREFERIBLE UTILIZAR UNA ESPORA QUE FORME HONGOS.
