Abstract

Amasadora en particular para jamones crudos. Comprende una cinta (3) horizontal desplazable para el transporte de los jamones (33) a cuyo ramal superior están asociados, respectivamente encima y debajo, un grupo de presión que está estáticamente cargado hacia los jamones en tránsito y un grupo de amasado que es adecuado para dar golpes a los mismos jamones en tránsito.El citado grupo de presión comprende una serie de rodillos (17) horizontales giratorios y empujados elásticamente hacia abajo y que están obligados a girar con una velocidad periférica media igual y en concordancia con la velocidad de traslación de la citada cinta (3), mientras que el citado grupo de amasado comprende una serie de rodillos (10) amasadores horizontales y giratorios que están dotados de relieves longitudinales.Se reduce el desgaste de los mecanismos en contacto con los jamones.
