UN PROCESO PARA LA SINTESIS ESTEREOSELECTIVA DE (R) Y (S -2,3-DIHIDRO-1,3 -DIMETIL-2-OXO-1H-INDOL-3-ACETONITRILOS COMPRENDIENDO UNA REACCION RACEMICA Y 5-ALCOXI SUBSTITUIDO ( (MAS MENOS) -1,3-DIMETILLOXINADOLES CON UN ACETANITRILO HALOGENADO EN LA PRESENCIA DE UN SUBSTITUTO DE CINCONINIO, QUINIDINIMUO O QUININO. RESULTANDO QUE LOS ALQUILATOS OXINADOLES PUEDEN SER CONVERTIDOS A AMINAS PRIMARIAS POR REDUCCION CATALITICA EN LA PRESENCIA DE GAS HIDROGENO. UNA DE LAS AMINAS PRIMARIAS, TALES COMO ENANTIOMEROS DE 3 -(2-AMINOETILO)-1,3-DIHIDRO-1,3-DIMETIL-5-METOXICO-2H-INDOL-2-ONA, QUE PUEDEN SER ENRIQUECIDOS POR EL CONTACTO CON UN ACIDO TARTARICO DE QUIRAL EN CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA PRECIPITAR PREFERENTEMENTE UNA SAL DE ACIDO QUIRAL Y UNA DE ENANTIOMEROS.
