Abstract

The improvements consist in providing basic modular panels, of great precision in terms of their sizing and machining, with tolerances of the order of fractions of a millimetre, said panels being provided on one face with integral lattice-type reinforcements and equipped with perforated peripheral profiles which allow the rapid positioning of conical separators and self-centring fasteners, for positioning in the formation of moulds, provision also being made for complementary panels for plinths (skirting), for upper hoppers, for closure panels, for pillars, with expansion joints, as well as the complementary stabilization and reinforcement components, likewise allowing the incorporation of metallic reinforcement frames and of slabs of insulating material which will remain incorporated in the set, concreted mass inside the formwork, all these components being non-deformable, of great dimensional precision and of low weight, and the inner faces of the various panels will have a high-quality surface so that the moulded components have a smooth surface and require no subsequent treatment.
