EL DISPOSITIVO PARA LA MEDIDA DE CORRIENTES ELECTRICAS CONTINUAS BASADO EN MAGNETOIMPEDANCIA OBJETO DE LA PRESENTE PATENTE SE BASA EN LA DISMINUCION QUE PRODUCEN LOS CAMPOS MAGNETICOS SOBRE LA IMPEDANCIA DE HILOS FERROMAGNETICOS AMORFOS O NANOCRISTALINOS EXCITADOS POR UNA CORRIENTE ALTERNA DE ALTA FRECUENCIA. EL ELEMENTO SENSOR ESTA CONSTITUIDO POR: UN HILO FERROMAGNETICO AMORFO O NANOCRISTALINO DE BAJA MAGNETOSTRICCION NEGATIVA ALIMENTADO POR UNA CORRIENTE ALTERNA DE ALTA FRECUENCIA. LOS CAMBIOS EN LA IMPEDANCIA COMO CONSECUENCIA DE LA PRESENCIA DE CAMPOS MAGNETICOS. SE RECOGEN COMO UNA DISMINUCION DE LA FUERZA ELECTROMOTRIZ DEL HILO, MEDIANTE UN CIRCUITO DETECTOR. EL DISPOSITIVO UTILIZA UNA PLETINA METALICA PARA PRODUCIR EL CAMPO MAGNETICO, ALIMENTADA POR LA CORRIENTE CONTINUA QUE DESEA MEDIRSE. DE TAL MODO QUE LA DISMINUCION DE LA FUERZA ELECTROMOTRIZ MENCIONADA ES PROPORCIONAL AL CAMPO, Y, A SU VEZ, PROPORCIONAL A LA CORRIENTE CONTINUA.
