LAS SUSTANCIAS DE PRUEBA SE APLICAN SOBRE CELULAS QUE EXPRESAN EL RECEPTOR INTERLEUQUINA-5 FUNCIONAL Y SON TRANSFORMADAS CON UN RECOMBINANTE DNA CONTENIENDO UN GEN DE INFORMACION Y UNA SECUENCIA REGULATORIA LIGADA FUNCIONALMENTE QUE ES SENSITIVA A CAMBIO EN LA CONCENTRACION DE UNA SUSTANCIA DE MENSAJES SECUNDARIA DEL RECEPTOR INTERLEUQUINA-5 DEPENDIENTE DE LA VIA DE TRANSMISION DE SEÑAL.
