SE DESCRIBE UN NUEVO GRANULADO DE ENZIMA, QUE CONTIENE EN SU COMPOSICION JUNTO A LA ENZIMA SOLUBLE EN AGUA Y EL MATERIAL DE RELLENO INSOLUBLE EN AGUA, AGLOMERANTE Y EVENTUALMENTE OTRAS SUSTANCIAS AUXILIARES GRANULADAS, CON LO CUAL SE AÑADE EN LA ESTABILIZACION DE ENZIMA UN FORNIATO DE METAL ALCALINO O DE METAL ALCALINOTERREO ASI COMO EVENTUALMENTE AZUCAR REDUCTOR. EN EL GRANULADO DE ENZIMA PUEDEN SER ELABORADOS PARA MEDIOS DE LAVADO Y POR RAZONES DE LIMPIEZA TODAS LAS ENZIMAS HABITUALES, EN PARTICULAR PROTEASAS ALCALINAS. SE DESCRIBE ADEMAS UN PROCESO PARA LA ELABORACION DE ESTE GRANULADO DE ENZIMA ASI COMO SU UTILIZACION EN FORMULACIONES DE AGENTES DE LAVADO PULVERIFORMES.
