Abstract

Organo de estructura monolítica para rodillo de tratamiento térmico, utilizado en el tratamiento de estructuras longitudinales tales como filamentos, hilos, bandas, mecha etc, constituyendo a la vez dicho órgano un órgano de caldeo y un cojinete para el rotor del rodillo, caracterizado porque se forma en combinación por un soporte metálico cilíndrico, una primera capa de aislante eléctrico mineral depositada sobre el soporte por proyección con soplete de llama química o de plasma, una resistencia eléctrica arrollada en torno a la primera capa de aislante eléctrico mineral, una segunda capa de aislante eléctrico-mineral depositada por proyección con soplete de llama química o plasma, que recubre la primera capa de aislante eléctrico mineral y en la cual va embebida la resistencia eléctrica, una capa de fricción depositada por proyección con soplete de llama química o plasma.
