CULTIVOS DE MICROORGANISMOS, PARTICULARMENTE EN FORMA LIOFILIZADA, INCLUYEN UN ANTIOXIDANTE DE ACIDO ASCORBICO (O DERIVADO) Y UN O-AMINOACIDO MONOCARBOXILICO, QUE ACTUA COMO UN POTENCIADOR DEL ANTIOXIDANTE. LOS CULTIVOS SON MAS ESTABLES PARA PROLONGAR EL ALMACENAMIENTO, PARTICULARMENTE A TEMPERATURAS RELATIVAMENTE ALTAS, QUE EN CULTIVOS NO ESTABILIZADOS.
