THE DESALINATION PLANT INCLUDES A SALT WATER INTAKE (1), MEANS TO CONDUCT THE SALT WATER (2), MEANS TO ESTABLISH A COLUMN OF SALT WATER (3), MEANS OF DESALINATION BY REVERSE OSMOSIS (4) LOCATED IN THE END AREA LOWER (3B) OF THE SALT WATER COLUMN (3) AND THAT MAY BE ABOVE OR BELOW THE SURFACE OF THE SEA, MEANS TO CONDUCT DESALINATED WATER (5) AND MEANS TO CONDUCT BRINE (6). THE MEANS TO ESTABLISH THE SALT WATER COLUMN (3) HAVE A HEIGHT SUCH AS ITS WEIGHT EXERCISES A PRESSURE THAT CONTRIBUTES IN A SUBSTANTIAL WAY TO THE INVERTED OSMOSIS PHENOMENON, SO THAT THE SALT WATER IS SEPARATED AND DESALINATED WATER .
