Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO DE REGULACION DEL NIVEL DEL MENISCO (13) DEL METAL LIQUIDO EN UNA LINGOTERA (5) DE UNA MAQUINA DE COLADA CONTINUA DE METALES, SEGUN EL CUAL SE RECOGEN LAS SEÑALES ELECTRICAS EMITIDAS POR AL MENOS UN PAR DE DETECTORES (17, 18) COLOCADO POR ENCIMA DE DICHO MENISCO, ESTANDO DICHAS SEÑALES EN FUNCION DE LAS DISTANCIAS RESPECTIVAS (H{SUB,1}, H{SUB,2}) ENTRE DICHOS DETECTORES, Y DICHO MENISCO, SE COMBINAN ESTAS DOS SEÑALES DE MANERA A OBTENER UNA SEÑAL UNICA REPRESENTATIVA DE UN NIVEL FICTICIO DE DICHO MENISCO, Y SE ENVIA DICHA SEÑAL A MEDIOS DE CONTROL (15, 24) DE UN DISPOSITIVO (14) DE REGULACION DEL CAUDAL DE METAL QUE PENETRA EN LA LINGOTERA, PARA QUE DICHOS MEDIOS DE CONTROL ACCIONEN DICHO DISPOSITIVO DE MANERA A LLEVAR DICHO NIVEL FICTICIO DE DICHO MENISCO A UN VALOR DE REFERENCIA PREDETERMINADO (H), CARACTERIZADO EN QUE SE CONDICIONA CADA SEÑAL EMITIDA DE DICHOS DETECTORES, ELIMINANDO LAS OSCILACIONES QUE TIENEN A LA VEZ UNA FRECUENCIA SUPERIOR A UN UMBRAL (F) Y UNA AMPLITUD INFERIOR A UN UMBRAL (D). LA INVENCION SE REFIERE TAMBIEN A UN MODO DE COMBINACION DE DICHAS SEÑALES, Y UN DISPOSITIVO PARA APLICAR DICHO PROCESO.
