Una gluco-cerebrosidasa re-combinante enzimáticamente activa y su método de producción caracterizada en que comprende ácido nucléico codificando gluco-cerebrosidasa enzimáticamente activa, en la cual dicha gluco-cerebrosidasa es capaz de ligar específicamente con una proteína humana receptora de mannosa.
